Corporate Profile – Eureka Homestead Bancorp, Inc.

Eureka Homestead Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) was incorporated in the State of Maryland in February 2019 for the purpose of becoming the stock holding company of Eureka Homestead (the “Bank”) in connection with the Bank’s mutual to stock conversion, which was consummated on July 9, 2019. The Company owns all of the issued and outstanding stock of the Bank. The Company’s common stock is traded on the OTC Pink Marketplace, quoted under the Company’s symbol “ERKH”.

Eureka Homestead was founded as “Eureka Homestead Society” in 1884 and is headquartered in Metairie, Louisiana. We provide banking and financial services in the United States. Our deposit products include interest-bearing savings accounts, money market accounts and certificates of deposit. We also offer owner-occupied and investor-owned residential real estate loans, commercial real estate loans, construction and land load loans and consumer loans. We operate through one full-service banking office located in Metairie and a loan production office in New Orleans.
